TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your chance to win a Mac Cosmetics Goody Bag Prize Draw

Entry

1. Asiana (“Asiana”) is the promoter of the ‘Your chance to win a Mac Cosmetics Goody Bag’ via a prize draw or competition sent out to Asiana customers by Email / Facebook / Instagram and any other Asiana owned platforms (the “Prize Draw”).

2. In order to enter, the participants must add their comment below the Asiana Social Media post announcing the Prize Draw with the name of their favourite Mac product and share their comment with their family and friends to get the maximum likes and replies on their post.

‘ My favourite Mac product is <name of your favourite Mac product>’

The Comment with the maximum likes and replies on it will win the gift hamper.

3. Asiana will contact the winner of the prize draw by Instagram DM. The winner will need to provide their email address, first name, last name and consent to the Terms and Conditions of this Prize Draw.

4. Entry to the Prize Draw is on the basis of one entry per person. For the avoidance of doubt, only one entry to the Prize Draw for every person will be accepted, regardless of how many times each person enters the prize draw.

5. The closing date for entries to the Prize Draw is 5.30 pm on Friday 23^rd May 2025 (the “Closing Date”) and all entries received after the Closing Date shall not be entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw shall take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date.

6. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) and confirm that all information submitted is true, current and complete. Asiana reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements.

7. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Asiana (or its associated companies or subsidiaries) or their families

8. The products shown on the image in the promotion are representative of the gift hamper and not the actual products within it.

9. The winner will be the person whose comment gets the maximum likes and replies to their comment and will be chosen from all of the eligible entries received on or before the Closing Date

10. Only the winner shall receive notification from Asiana. The winner shall be notified as soon as practicable after the Closing Date

Following the draw, the Prize will be handed to the winner at the Asiana Lifestyle Show on Sun May 25th ’25 at the New Bingley Hall in Birmingham, details of the show available at www.asianalifestyleshow.com .

11. The prize will be a Mac Cosmetics goody bag (the “Prize”)

12. Any ancillary costs and expenses associated with the Prize, such as subsistence, shall not be provided by Asiana and shall be borne by the winner.

13. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, does not provide the consent requested at paragraph 12 below, subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found who is able and willing to accept the prize and provide the necessary consent.

14. The winner will be required to give their consent to the following:

(i) The winner will be available to attend the Asiana Lifestyle show in Birmingham on Sun May 25th to receive the gift hamper. Details at https://asianalifestyleshow.com/

(ii) The winner’s name will be disclosed to any person requesting that Asiana confirm the identity of the Prize winner;

(iii) The winner’s name and/or photograph and/or video will be published on Asiana, Mac and any affiliated platforms for promotional purposes.

15. Subject to paragraphs 11 and 12 above, details of the Prize Draw winner will be made available upon request from Asiana two weeks after the closing date (subject to data protection legislation).

16. Asiana reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Conditions without notice in the event of the occurrence of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17. The Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of United Kingdom and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
